How to Actually Get Up Early : Real Hack That Works !

Everybody wants to wake up early, But not everybody can wake up early. We all know that if we get up early then we can be productive and utilize our time. We are even motivated to wake up early, we set alarm, sleep early and do different remedies to get up early but what we all do in the morning is that we snooze that damn alarm and regret later at 11 A.M. when you wake up.

Today I will tell you the actual and straightforward way you can wake up early in the morning so you can have more productive time. Waking up early is a challenging task for most of the people, but if you follow these steps it will be easy for you to wake up early in the morning. These are the most effective way that anyone can follow and these hacks have personally helped me to get off my bed early in the morning and helped me be more productive.

Have a Reason To Wake Up

If you don’t have any reason to wake up then, well you don’t have to wake up. Just kidding. Make sure you have a reason to get up early in the morning. If you don’t have any reason to get up, then make some goals you want to achieve. For Example, You can book a class at Gym. You can make other reasons like meeting a friend, commuting to study 2 hours before going to work.

Don’t Snooze

Morning sleep feels like heaven, especially, when the alarm rings and you press that snooze button promising yourself that you will sleep only for 10 more minutes. But, that never happens and you end up waking up late. So, the trick is that only set one alarm and never press that snooze button ever. Get up in the 1st ring. It’s harder to get up after 10 minutes of more sleep that to get up on the first ring of the alarm. So, you need to get used to be waking up at the first ring of the alarm.

Maintain Your Sleep Cycle

Make sure you are waking up in line with your sleep cycle. It is usually around 90 minutes. Suppose, you are sleeping 8 hours then you might be waking 1/3 into a sleep cycle every time. Instead try sleeping 7.5 hours or 9 hours. You can also use different apps to calculate your sleep cycle. Personally, I have used the app called “Sleep Cycle” from app store.

Avoid This Before Going To Bed

Don’t use your cellphone, laptops, TV or anything which can simulate your sleep schedule. Put away all your gadgets 1 hour before going to bed. Instead read books which will keep you engaged before going to bed. Also, avoid caffeine 4-5 hours before bed time as they can heavily disturb your sleep schedule.

Does These All Really Works?

Well, this depends all upon you. If you have got no purpose/goals in your life then this might not work and why even try? You need to accept that the first week will be rough. You might need much more of coffee and go to bedtime early. But, remember only the first few days gonna be tough after that you don’t need any hacks or tricks to get up early. Just tell your pillow when do you want to get up and have a goodnight dream.
